Sure I’ll find my own way. I’ll learn to walk and talk on my own. I’ll go to places others won’t

… but only if you’ll like me.

I’ve learned that people pleasing doesn’t seem to lead to any pleasing of anyone, and waiting around for someone to tell me when to get started doesn’t seem to lead to starting much of anything.
