The path to Reconstruction (change/ finding a better you) is slow. It is bumpy, and it is difficult. But it’s worth every minute. When you know you need to make change in your life, and you finally take action, it might be ‘less liked.’ You might be ‘less popular’ for a time. You might even go unnoticed. But the growth that happens inside you is what matters. Growth happens when we’re stretched, and when we’re out of our comfort zones. It doesn’t happen in the easy places in life; it happens in the difficult ones.
