No More Ridiculous

When you study art history, you see a lot of things. You see a lot of change over the years. You see artists confronting the culture they live in. You see artists expressing in visual, or audible form, what the culture around them is already thinking. You see beauty. You see messiness. You see joy, and you see pain. You every color, every emotion, and every story that’s ever been told, depicted in just about every possible medium.

It’s crazy and it’s strange. It’s clear and it’s murky. And, it’s easier to create, when you realize that whatever you attempt will be no more ridiculous than what’s already been done.
