Jackson Pollock
When I look at something like a Jackson Pollock splatter painting, I see a huge mess. There’s paint everywhere; it’s out of control; and it’s unorganized. It’s colorful and bright, murky and dark. It’s ugly, frustrating, and beautiful all at the same time to various people.
Life is kind of that same way. Sometimes it’s chaotic and unorganized, colorful and bright, murky, and dark, ugly, and frustrating, and beautiful all at the same time. We all share the same planet, as well as many of the same ups and downs, battles and struggles, yet we still each view life a little differently. When our life is everything we don’t want it to be, and we feel stuck, we requires a change in perspective. We require a change in how we see things if we want to find the beauty in the mess.
